Senior Pastor

Pastor McShan and his wife, Sharon, began their 2nd term of leadership at the Church of Glad Tidings in the summer of 2010.  They have a diverse ministerial background, including ministry as senior pastors, youth pastors, small group leaders, and ministry to the military and their families.  He has 4 adult children and a whole bunch of grandkids!  He enjoys playing golf, reading, and spending time with his family.

Kaitlyn Stanaland

Children's Pastor

Kaitlyn Stanaland serves The Church of Glad Tidings as the Children's Pastor.  She is also a student at Trinity Valley Community College in Palestine, TX, with plans to eventually earn her Bachelor's degree.  Kaitlyn desires to help children connect with God is a real, life-changing way.

Nolen Fox

Royal Rangers

Nolen Fox is the Royal Rangers Senior Commander at Glad Tidings.  Royal Rangers is our program designed to mentor future men, providing Christlike character formation and servant leadership development for boys and young men in a highly relational and fun environment.  They meet at 7 pm on Wednesday nights here at the church.  Their mission is to evangelize, equip, and empower the next generation of Christlike men and lifelong servant leaders.  Nolen and his wife, Tammy, live in Fairfield, Texas, and have a son, Caleb, who is in the 6th grade.
